Master thesis with positrons awarded

Hubert Ceeh received a student prize for his talk about his diploma thesis at the international Workshops on Slow Positron Beam Techniques in Australia. The next international conference on positrons will be held 2013 at the FRM II.[more]


10.2 million euros funding for scientific instruments at the FRM II

The instruments are huge, the structures, which are examined with their help are in the nanometer range. The federal ministry for education and research supports those instruments built by universities and institutes at the neutron source with a total sum of 10.2 million euros.[more]
