JCNS-Workshop 2012: Deadline to submit abstracts is already July 1!

This year the JCNS-Workshop „Trends and Perspectives in Neutron Scattering for Soft Matter and Biophysics“ is held at the Evangelische Akademie in Tutzing at the Starnberger See from October 8 – 11.

The joint organisers Jülich Centre for Neutron Science (JCNS) and Donostia International Physics Center (DiPC) could win very attractive invited speakers. Topics to be addressed include Advanced Instrumentation for Soft Matter Research, Physics of Life, Kinetic Processes, Soft Materilas for Energy Devices, Sustainable Polymer, Functional Materials, Synergies between Neutrons and Simulation and Nanostructured Systems. The aim of the workshop is to discuss the current status and the future trends and challenges of neutron scattering in these fields.

Please be aware that the deadline to submit abstracts for oral presentations as well as for posters is already July 1!

Submission of abstracts:July 1, 2012
Notification of acceptance:July 15, 2012
Final registration: August 31, 2012
Payment:                                   September 10, 2012

                         

Workshop Fee:

 

Full fee:                          
430 EUR (7% VAT included)
Students:250 EUR (7% VAT included)

  

The workshop fee includes full lodging (3 nights) and board at the Conference Center and workshop dinner.

Workshop fee without accommodation: 200 EUR (7% VAT included).
