New cryomagnet for experiments at instruments of the JCNS

A successful specification test: The sample environment group of the instruments operated by the Jülich Centre for Neutron Science (JCNS) at the FRM II offers an vertical 5 Tesla cryomagnet in the near future. Summer School visits the FRM II

For the first time, the international Advanced Summer School in Radiation Detection and Measurements took place in Munich. Karl Zeitelhack of the FRM II had co-organized the school and guided the students in the neutron source. [read more]
