In the subway showcase of the city of Garching is now a new photo exhibition to see on the occasion of the anniversary "60 years neutrons from Garching". Many historical photos and plans are on display on a screen, some of which come from the archives of the city of Garching and the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Munich. The heartpiece, however, are 10 large-format photos with scenes from the FRM II, which the photographer Bernhard Ludewig has provided.
To the exhibition there is also a small brochure with explanations of the individual photos, which are available in the town hall of Garching as well as in the municipal library. The brochure is only available in German; additional information on pictures and the photographer can also be found on the website.
